Dr. Dell Dembosky is a pathologist, which is where the name "Bi-Op-Sea" comes from.

No stranger to sportfishing, Dr. Dembosky previously owned the "Aut-Top-Sea" in Charleston, SC and has fished up and down the East Coast as well as the Caribbean.

Dr. Dembosky is an accomplished angler and particularly enjoys fishing for billfish. He and our other owner Craig Johnson make up part of our tournament team which has had great success over the recent years. Their tournament resume includes two 3rd place finishes and a 2nd place finish in the Carolina Boat Builders Challenge, a 3rd place and 1st place finish in the Pirates Cove Billfish Tournament, as well as a 2nd place finish in the Virginia Beach Billfish Tournament.

Dr. Dembosky lives with his wife Mary and their three children Andrew, Elle, and Bernie.

Andrew fishes with us quite a bit and has caught numerous sailfish, white marlin, and even a 300 lb blue marlin.

Elle also enjoys fishing and won the "Junior Angler" award during the Bi-Op-Sea's 3rd place finish in the Alice Kelly Ladies Tourney for her release of a 200 lb blue marlin. Quite a catch for a nine year old.
