Sounds like you're having a good day. Lately I've been tniyrg new whole grains: Quinoa and Couscous, made with lots of roated garlic and mixed with a variety of veggies very filling, lots of fiber and nutrition.I haven't gotten into exercise much lately but order Nordic walking poles as a xmas gift to myself you burn 40% more calories while walking though I probably won't do much walking till spring (it's getting really cold here in NJ).
