10/23/13, Lucky on Dolphin Before the Front
Billy Roberts crew joined us for a beautiful morning but slow fishing. We caught a few blackfin and a wahoo. Got lucky and found some beds of grass and caught some dolphin. A cold front came through and we had 20-25knot west winds for a bumpy ride home

There is no such thing as targeted fat loss. No aumont of crunches, sit-ups, or any kind of foods will help burn fat from a specific part of the body. Fat is stored in layers and must be burned in the same way. The most effective way to burn fat is lots and lots of cardio.
