Keep up the good work! Try walking for 45 mitnues a day. Stick to low-calorie foods and make sure you keep track on what you eat. It's very important. Although walking for 25 mitnues is not considerably a long time, but think of how you would have felt if you didn't go at all. Keep encouraging yourself, you will begin to see results!
