5/25/14 Slower today, Lots of Boats

I love the Kashi cereal. Actually one way that I get the water in is to drink a huge glass of water first thing in the mnonirg and it does two things. It starts your metabolism and it starts the water flow of your body.Good job working out first thing in the mnonirg. I feel so much better when I get some exercise before doing anything else.
